NFDA’s Premier Digital Marketing Event of the Year

Driving Digital is the NFDA’s premier digital marketing event of the year. Now, celebrating our 12th year, it’s returning to Central Hall, Westminster, in the heart of London.

Across the road from the Palace of Westminster, leading industry figures will share their own manifestos for change, with insightful and informative presentations about the short- and medium-term future of our industry.

This year we’re delighted to announce Graeme Potts, Chief Executive of Eden Motor Group, and Mark Busby, Commercial Director, at Hendy Group will be joining us from a retailer perspective.

As well as setting the scene by looking at the macroeconomic climate and new entrants with Owen Edwards from Grant Thornton UK, we will focus on the increasing speed of digitisation and electrification over the next few years with Catherine Faiers from Auto Trader.

And for the first time ever, we will get the view from an OEM perspective. Dale Wyatt, from Suzuki GB will join us to talk about how dealers are the cornerstone of automotive OEM success.

We will look at recent lessons and how to best prepare for the challenges ahead, as we face the race to electrification, agency, and adapt to new entrants in the market.

Driving Digital 2024 is an excellent opportunity to network with your peers and, if you are in London for the AM Awards that evening, it’s a great start to celebrating the success of the retail automotive industry.

What’s on

Driving Digital is about change. Whether that’s digital acceleration, new entrants or the franchise model itself, we’ll examine how the automotive industry has adapted and will continue to adapt in both the short and medium term.

We’ll look at the impact of digitisation, electrification and agency on both retailers and car buyers and seek to understand the opportunities these present. We’ll hear first- the leading automotive businesses are driving efficiencies, going electric and green.

In addition, we’ll look at how best to prepare for a less benevolent macroeconomic climate and how to prepare for the bumps in the road. Alongside this we will hear first hand how dealers can make the most out of partnerships with OEMs, new and old.

Teas and coffees will be ready for you on arrival from 9.30, with registration from 10:00.

Please allow plenty of time for the London commute!

Driving Digital will start at 10.15 and finish at lunchtime.
